There is a common feature between supply chain programs which is fragmentation. It is very difficult to integrate one system with another and to obtain multichannel, which is at least inconvenient. It seems that in many chains market has no gold standard. Communications of the global market participants (for example, cargo search, communication channels) - everything is very fragmented and complexly organized.

An example of external fragmentation is that part of the Ukrainian Mesplan system is for rail transportation, but if the cargo is transported by other types of transport, there is no "single window" in which it would be possible to track the movement of cargo along the entire supply chain.
