Relevance / Problem
Many formats - Bills of lading, despite the standardization, differ for each line in the arrangement of the fields. Dreary manual work - filling the data from bills into ERP system manually. The human factor, lost profit - the cost of an error in a single document for a company can amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars and freeze accounts for years.
Solution
We taught BLOR to define the fields of documents and the data in each field. Proprietary ML-algorithms have helped to achieve 98-100% accuracy with a recognition speed of up to 10-12 seconds per document. Poor quality images, angled images, or taken in low light are all handled by BLOR.
Our web application, protected by your username and password, does not require a lengthy installation process and is available anywhere in the world. Minimum actions, maximum speed, and results. The recognized data itself is of little value if it is not synchronized with the user's ERP system. BLOR provides the ability to synchronize with various systems. This way you can guarantee the accuracy of the information in your contract database.
BLOR automatically recognizes standard fields, protecting the user from mistakes in critical fields such as bill of lading number and booking number. The platform makes it possible to define, assign and bind each type of cargo to containers in a couple of clicks. Thus, reducing the operating costs of the company for applying by different people (go alone, but expensive in man-hours).
