Cire спрощує інвестування в нерухомість завдяки впровадженню блокчейн-технологій. Клієнт звернувся до Codeska за рекомендацією колеги, і наша команда взяла на себе дизайн та фронтенд-розробку платформи. Наразі проєкт поставлено на паузу, проте заплановано його перезапуск із новою функціональністю — можливістю інвестування у відбудову об’єктів нерухомості, пошкоджених внаслідок війни в Україні. Пам’ятаймо, що підтримати українських захисників можна через перевірені та надійні фонди у цей непростий час.
Cire is a real estate platform leveraging blockchain technology to enable users to invest in commercial properties globally. By tokenizing property shares, the platform allows investors to participate in real estate markets efficiently and transparently, while earning returns via virtual currency. Cire simplifies the investment process by removing legal complexities, streamlining decision-making, and reducing risks associated with traditional real estate investment.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
The Codeska team oversaw full-cycle product development for Cire, including design, front-end, and back-end implementation using Next.js and Python. A primary challenge involved integrating blockchain technology to securely and efficiently manage tokenized property shares and virtual currency transactions.
RESULTS
Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, the project is currently on hold. An updated launch is planned, featuring a new option for users to invest in the reconstruction of buildings damaged by the conflict, showing how digital solutions can adapt to challenging circumstances and contribute to social impact.
