- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals for at least 2 years
- Good understanding of IT Market
- Negotiating skills
- Intermediate English level
- Full life-cycle recruitment of IT professionals (searching, pre-screening, pre-interviewing, feedbacks)
- Developing and maintaining Candidates’ database
- Organization and participation in technical interviews, preparation CVs for customers
- IT-Market analysis
